J&L warrants all products manufactured by it or bearing its nameplate to be free from defects in workmanship and materials as of date of delivery. J&L will take back or replace as well as cover the labor for any products / parts that (i) were defective at the time customer received the product, and (ii) is returned (if possible) or notified to J&L within three month of products received.

After month 3, all products / parts found to be defective will be covered for the remaining 9 months of the 1st year of purchase. However labor for those defective products / parts during months 3-12 will be charged.

If any mishandling or misuse by the customer or customers animals results in parts breaking, the customer will then be responsible for cost of parts and labor to repair. This includes installation as well as use within the first year.

Any custom adjustments or improvements made onto chutes by a customer after delivery will void the warranty.
